Strength in Strategy Power in Numbers

Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, attorney Robert Springer and his family moved to Atlanta when he was in kindergarten, and he never left. It is now Robert’s privilege to stand beside his fellow Atlanta citizens in court during some of their most difficult moments. After graduating from Druid Hills High School, Robert attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he obtained an undergraduate degree in Economics in 2011. He then attended the Georgia State University College of Law and obtained his J.D. in 2014.  

After graduating from law school, Robert fell in love with the courtroom, and spent over seven years as a Fulton County prosecutor handling all manner of criminal cases. After several years in the Fulton County Special Victims Unit prosecuting child fatalities, sexual assaults, and other serious violent felonies, Robert left the public sector. He spent three years as a senior associate attorney with The Freedom Lawyers before leaving to start his own practice. Armed his knowledge and experience as a battle-tested prosecutor, Robert has the unique knowledge and insight to defend your rights to the fullest, and to know how the other side plans to attack your case.

Robert has expertise handing all manner of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases including DUI and other traffic incidents, Battery, Aggravated Assault, Armed Robbery, Drug Trafficking, Probation Revocations, and more. Robert has used his skills in the courtroom to branch into other areas of the law. In addition to his criminal practice, Robert now assists clients in personal injury matters, property disputes, and other civil litigation.
