Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Jeff and his family immigrated to Orlando, Florida in 1976. Jeff obtained an undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1990 and a J.D. degree from the Florida State University School of Law in 1993. Jeff practiced with the law firm of Morriss & Witcher, P.A. from 1995 until 2008. During that time, Jeff litigated hundreds of cases in state and federal courts.

Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and Florida. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Atlanta Bar. Jeff was selected by Atlanta Magazine as a Georgia Rising Super Lawyer. Jeff was selected and is a member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers.

Jeff lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
